The power of our method comes to life on the construction site. As soon as the client's units are in place, our prefabricated corridors and technology units are directly connected. Everything connects seamlessly: air ducts, piping, electrical engineering and all other MEP installations. The entire technology is connected and ready for use immediately.

Our installations are delivered as plug & play modules. This saves us considerable construction time and minimises errors and failure costs. No traditional approach with individual components and days of on-site installations, but a streamlined process in which technology is tested, tuned and prepared in advance.

This way of working makes us a modular installer. And that delivers more than just speed: less inconvenience on site, less susceptibility to errors, lower costs and a significant reduction in CO₂ emissions on site. Moreover, we maintain the quality you only get when one party oversees the entire process - from design to commissioning.

After installation comes the crucial phase when everything comes to life: commissioning. Our own teams carry out this step carefully and according to protocol. We functionally test all installations, adjust systems and check that everything works as intended - and as promised.

For projects where additional requirements apply, we also provide a full SAT (Site Acceptance Test) or ISAT (Integrated Site Acceptance Test). We carry out these tests in close consultation with the client and any supervisors. We document the results clearly and in a structured manner so that the delivery meets the agreed standards and expectations.
