Expertly designed. Cleverly built.
At Utility Control, we believe in in-house production. Because we know what makes the difference between a good installation and a perfect one. We do as much as possible in-house - from design to final product. We know exactly what is technically possible and keep the lines short between engineering and execution. That makes us flexible, efficient and less dependent on third parties. No surprises, no delays.
In our own workshop, we build complete, modular corridors with all MEP technology integrated: air ducts, pipes, main distribution boxes, sub-distribution boxes and electrical switchboards - all prefabricated and ready for installation. Our technical frames connect seamlessly to the client's units. An indoor unit or a weatherproof outdoor unit: our solutions are galvanised, powder coated and delivered ready for dispatch. Ready for assembly, tested and ready for immediate us
We manufacture to the highest standards and technical standards. Because we build the frames ourselves, we work extremely efficiently with materials and minimise waste. That precision contributes to a more sustainable process - with an eye for reuse, circularity and a longer lifespan for our installations. With in-house production, we keep a grip on detail and the big picture.
We engineer and prefabricate as much as possible in-house. Tailored to the project, the modular construction method and all project requirements.
Complete installation parts are built modularly in our workshop and brought to the construction site as linkable units. This not only saves construction time on site, but also increases the quality, safety and predictability of the project. Less construction time, fewer failure costs, fewer CO2 emissions on site.
With Utility Control's technology, modular projects become truly modular.
